Born around February 3rd, 2025, Jasper and his surviving siblings were lovingly bottle-fed by one of our amazing foster families—and all that care has helped shape him into the affectionate, happy pup he is today. Jasper is a sweet, snuggly, and fun-loving little guy who’s always up for a game of tag, a wrestling match with his siblings, or a cuddle session on the couch. He gets along wonderfully with other dogs and even cats, and he’s sure to thrive in a home full of love and activity. He’d be a great match for an active family ready to bring a joyful new member into the fold. A secure 6-foot fenced yard is required, as this curious pup loves to explore and will need a safe space to romp as he grows. With his goofy charm and gentle heart, Jasper is ready to be someone’s best friend for life—could that someone be you? At Laramie Animal Welfare Society, the first step to adoption is completing an adoption application on our website .laramieanimals. Once submitted, your application will be reviewed by our adoption team which typically takes 7+ days. Keep in mind, the animal you’re interested in when applying may be adopted and no longer available by the time your application is approved. We do not place animals on hold. Pending approval, your application is valid for 6 months. Also pending approval, you will receive contact information, so that you may inquire about the personalities of specific animals. Adoptions for individual animals will occur by private adoption appointment. Because we are 100% foster-based, appointments are scheduled pending staff, foster home, and vetting schedules. Should you want to proceed with the adoption, a brief appointment will occur at our adoption center to sign adoption paperwork, receive medical records, and pay the adoption fee. **Dog/Puppy applications - Because of the large volume of dog/puppy applications we are receiving these applications may take longer to process, please be patient. Many states have larger populations of adoptable dogs and their shelters are willing to transport pets to suitable adopting families. Some shelters might have requirements for a home visit, a fenced yard or require you to visit the pet multiple times before you commit to adopting. Understand that the shelters are doing their best to place the pets in suitable homes and these requirements are in the best interest of both you and the pet
