He must have s a fenced in yard for his potty place. He doesn't understand leash walking and is far too skittish to try. Cavaliers tend to be Velcro dogs. They want to be close to a human, He wants to be cared for, He needs to relax enough to begin to trust humans without fear, He needs a patient adopter without expectations she will change but will give him the time to allow him to if he chooses, Henry will do best in a home with another respectful and confident dog he can imitate and learn from. Like all dogs, he will need structure and a patient, loving home. We recommend training for all dogs, not only to give Henry important learning skills, but because you and your dog will create a stronger bond just by going through the training together. Henry is fully vetted. He has been neutered, received age-appropriate vaccines, heartworm negative and is microchipped. Subsequent vaccines will be at the expense of his adopter. His adoption fee is $1200..00. he is on the hunt for his own completely committed family. Little dogs can live to be 20+ years old, so Sally wants to be sure his family is all in for better or for worse!
