as excellent on arrival, giving us kisses and wagging his tail. Biscuit rides well in the car and is doing beautifully with the other dogs here. Biscuit adores his humans and is super cuddly. We are told Biscuit is fine around kids. We have discovered that when meeting new humans he is shy and it will take him awhile to show off his wonderful fun and happy personality. He has been a pleasure to get to know. We do like to mention with many of these small dogs that having a potty floor pad handy makes life easier for everyone. Biscuit is a tiny bundle of love and adorableness!!!! The Adoption Fee for this dog is $500.00 Adoptions fees vary based on adoptability. In general our fees include spay/neuter, all age appropriate vaccines, Home Again micro-chipping & registration, worming & flea control - a "complete" pet. We accept CASH or Visa/Mastercard ONLY. Joyful Rescues has no funding except for our adoption fees and miscellaneous donations. Pet care and vet bills are expensive - you must be ready to take on this financial (as well as emotional) responsibility. YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE TO ADOPT A DOG FROM JOYFUL RESCUES We keep our pet list as up-to-date as possible. As soon as a pet is adopted, it is removed from the list. Some shelters might have requirements for a home visit, a fenced yard or require you to visit the pet multiple times before you commit to adopting. Understand that the shelters are doing their best to place the pets in suitable homes and these requirements are in the best interest of both you and the pet
