I am a chihuahua mix, around 8 pounds. I take a little while to warm up to people but once I do, I love to cuddle and hang out with you. Men take a little longer then women for warm ups. I love other dogs and love to play or just chill with them. Cats are unknown. I would prefer not to be in a house with children. I am potty trained and even am trained to go on pee pads in the house. I am kennel trained and prefer to travel in my kennel when in a car. If you have a few days for me to warm up to you, I would love to be part of your family. Age and breed are based on veterinarian and intake professional’s recommendation and not guaranteed as a rescue animal’s history is often unknown. All companion animals adopted by The Rescue Crew are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on age appropriate vaccinations, tested for FIV/FeLK (cats) or heartworm (dogs), microchipped, dewormed and provided with monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives prior to adoption. The Rescue Crew is a foster based rescue organization, meaning all of our adoptable pets are located in homes throughout Minnesota. We do not have a physical location where you can stop by to visit the animals - we require the completion of an Adoption Request Form prior to meeting any of our adoptable pets in foster care.
