ozy naps in blanket forts and quiet companionship. At home, he’s as easygoing as they come—low-key, affectionate, and happiest when he’s curled up right next to you. He likes to take life at his own pace, whether that’s savoring his meals or slowly investigating a toy before deciding it’s worthy of his attention.
Meeyo is friendly with everyone he meets, but he’s not a fan of other dogs and would prefer to be your one and only. He’s got some strong “get off my lawn” grandpa energy when it comes to canine neighbors, and we love him for it.
Meeyo does have a few medical needs—chronic kidney disease, a heart murmur, and some allergies—but he takes it all in stride. He’s currently recovering from dental care like a champ, and his foster makes sure he gets regular potty breaks (about every 4 hours) to help manage his kidney condition. Luckily, Meeyo is great about letting you know when he needs to go!
While he’s not a fan of sudden movements or surprises, Meeyo thrives in a calm, loving environment and will happily repay you with endless snuggles and sweet companionship. He was even featured on 6ABC with Cecily Tynan—a true local celeb!
