Sheba is Looking For: Her forever family! This gorgeous young girl with the piercing eyes has all that awesome young-dog energy and is eager to have her own humans for long sniffy walks, romps in the park, and exploring the world - she hasn't seen nearly enough of it. She'd love to make pup pals along the way, too. Quality kibble, cushy dog beds, peanut butter-filled Kongs - yes, please.
But you know what she wants most of all? To know where she belongs, to know she's safe and loved for all her days. She promises adoring gazes (LOOK at that face!) and loyal companionship in return. What do you say? Is she the one you see by your side?
What Daycare Staff Says About Me: She is very sweet, good in her crate, plays well with others, still getting used to the new environment. She is settling in well!
Dog's Day Out Adventure (8/21):
Sheba and I went on an adventure today at the Yards, Capitol Hill, and a pet store. WOW. One might not think that given her breed mix but I think she is the easiest Lucky Dog, maybe even dog, I have ever handled.
You got a newbie foster or adopter looking for an easy yet interesting and full of soul entry into dog fostering/adopting? They should check her out!
She is an all around great dog, she:
-walks excellently on leash
-does well in busy environments, even in city setting-loud noises, people, cars, trucks, bikes, strollers, reactive dogs, dogs running towards her, birds, squirrels, kids, treats, you name it, she is calm with it.
-enjoys leisurely walks and is fine jogging too
-is smart and beautiful...look at those eyes and that curly tail!
-is the perfect size for both the city and adventures
This girl is born to be a very lucky human's rock. Any loving human out there able to be a dog's human and looking for loving reliability in these crazy times? Sheba is your answer.
