ce from his foster siblings, this scruffy sweetheart has truly started to blossom. Now, he’s a goofy and affectionate guy discovering just how fun and full life can be, and on the search for his forever home!
While Lyle is still learning the ropes—like feeling 100% comfortable when being left alone—he's making steady progress every day. He would thrive in a calm, supportive home with adopters who are willing to let him take things at his pace. And in return, he’ll give you his whole heart, and be the most loyal companion!
Once Lyle trusts you, you’re in his circle forever. His foster mom says, “Lyle just wants to find his person or people, and have love and companionship. He takes a moment to let people in, but once he does, he wants all their love and affection, and as much time as he can get.”
He has found his joy in toys—especially the squeaky, stuffy kind. He’ll proudly carry one around like treasure and has become a big fan of fetch (he’s still working on the whole “drop it” part, but hey, progress!). When it’s time for cuddles, he’s all in—whether that means gently nudging your hand for pets, or hopping right into your lap for some serious under-the-chin scratchies.
Lyle is currently living in a foster home with other dogs, and he absolutely loves having his canine crew around. He’d be happiest in a home with another playful pup who can match his energy and love of zoomies, or one where he can have dog friends to keep the good times rolling!
Lyle might take a little time to fully settle in, but once he does, you’ll see just how special he truly is. He’s ready to keep growing, loving, and having fun—right by your side.
If you've got a quiet home, a gentle heart, and maybe a squeaky toy or two... Lyle just might be your guy!
