Originally adopted from a farm, Max thrives when he has a job to do—whether it’s learning tricks, chasing a ball with impressive jump catches, or just staying close to his people. He’s playful, affectionate, loves belly rubs, and needs daily exercise and mental stimulation to be his best self. Max would excel in agility, scent work, or as a hiking or running buddy. He’s healthy, fully vaccinated, and house-trained. His ideal home includes: An active person or family (familiar with herding breeds is a plus) A lifestyle that includes regular physical and mental enrichment Someone home more often than not—he bonds deeply with his people Max’s current family loves him dearly but can no longer meet his needs due to changes in work and family life. He’s ready to give his whole heart to someone who can match his energy and devotion. Location: Covington, KY This is a courtesy listing, and Max’s family is willing to travel to Ohio for the right adopter.
