She is spayed, current on all vaccines including Rabies and Bordetella, wormed for intestinal parasites, heartworm negative and microchipped. She is on a monthly heartworm and flea preventative. ADOPTION DONATION: $250.00 ADOPTION PROCESS: ***Please be advised you must live in or near the Tampa area and be able to provide an established veterinary reference to adopt from our organization and no children under 6 years please. Preference is given to homeowners and with some breeds we will not consider renters of any type. 1. Submit an online application at .lostangelsanimalrescue. It can take 3 - 7 days to process an application. Please notify your vet's office that we may be contacting them and to release information to us. 2. Application background check, vet reference and verification of home ownership. If we are considering a renter, landlords are contacted to ensure breed and size of dog is permitted and if a pet deposit is required. 3. You will ONLY be contacted via email if your application has been pre-approved and we wish to arrange a meet n greet. We are all volunteers that work full-time jobs and due to high volume apologize that we are unable to respond to everyone.
