Chick Pea is an Australian cattle dog/beagle mix at around 2 and a half years old and she weighs around 30 pounds. She is a medium sized gal who will accompany her family anywhere. Following her heart is what Chick Pea is known for. She enjoys interacting with other dogs and children. Her company is delightful, and all her friends will agree. She has not had the opportunity to meet a cat since coming into rescue so it is unknown how she would be with a feline resident. We do know that Chick Pea has a medium energy level that will take her places from going on walks to running around a secured outdoor area. With her nose leading the way, outdoors can be a place for one adventure after another. She is working hard and making progress on her skills of leash, crate and house training. She knows that her skills will make her family proud of her. She is committed to being a pro at each one and time, patience and practice are the key to her victory.
