and white coat and striking mismatched eyes - one warm whiskey brown, the other a cool icy blue - Mikko is every bit the classic husky heartthrob. He’s full of life and joy, radiating a vibrant energy that’s downright contagious. Mikko thrives on activity and adventure, so if you’re into hikes, runs, or backyard romps, he’ll be your most enthusiastic partner. He already knows his name, sits on command, walks nicely on leash, and seems potty trained - but would love to keep learning through more advanced training or fun group obedience classes. If you’re ready for a smart, spirited companion with a heart as big as his personality, Mikko’s waiting to meet you!
-3 year old black and white Siberian Husky
-37 pound neutered male
-Up to date on all shots and preventatives, so ready to go home with you today!
-came to the Baldwin Park Animal Care Center on 9/6/25 as an owner surrender - he was adopted in 2023 but now returned. But we have no notes and no idea why, as Mikko is such a delight!
-stunning classic example of a husky, perfect for lovers of the breed
-dense, thick black and white coat, with strikingly mismatched eyes - one whiskey brown and the other a cool pale blue
-bright, vibrant personality - radiates light and warmth, more than enough to put a smile on your face!
-a strong spark of energy - will need regular exercise and mental stimulation to keep him happy and healthy, which could easily be done by regular romps in the yard, or bringing Mikko along on a run, hike, or other outdoorsy adventure
-such a smart boy too - knows his name and basic commands like sit, is good on leash, and appears to be potty trained, but will really shine with a little extra training to learn whatever else he needs to know to succeed at home with you
-given his smarts and social personality, could be a wonderful candidate for group obedience classes
