She is a timid girl at first but once she warms up to you, she is a sweet little girl that loves belly and back rubs. She does well on a regular potty schedule or puppy pads if you must be gone for short periods of time. Princess would love it if you were newly retired or if you can work from home. We think she would be fine being an only dog because she does love attention. If you think you want a dachshund that will follow you all over, then she just might be the pup for you. But our must haves the little lady are: Someone who is home more than not or newly retired A fenced in yard as she does like it outside as long as it’s not too cold and if it is then she expects you to have a sweater or coat on her She can be an only dog or with another dog maybe male, small adult dog is best No apartments, high rises, or condos Don’t miss out on the sweetie.
