Trained: Yes Meet Yumi Okada, a sweet and gentle mama who raised her pups and is now ready to enjoy her next chapter! She’s a mid-energy girl who like to play with her toys and nap in the sun. Yumi is looking for a home where she be the center of attention and soak up her family’s love. Yumi is a lover, not a fighter. She will approach new people, kids, and dogs right away to say hello. Yumi is happy as long as someone is petting her, and with her adorable freckles and affectionate personality it’s never hard to find volunteers. She’s done great with all of the kids she’s met so far and would likely be good with kids of any age. Yumi hasn’t met cats yet, but would likely coexist well with them with proper, slow introductions. When she isn’t nudging you to continue petting her, Yumi loves to play with other dogs or to chew on a rope toy. Yumi is working hard on her crate training and has made great progress. With patience, consistency, and time, she is sure to perfect her training in her new home. Yumi is fully house trained and will alert that she needs to go out by going to the door. She is working on her leash walking and is excited to continue to home her skills on neighborhood walks with her new family. Yumi has so much love to give. Is she the missing piece of your puzzle?
