ouffy is bursting with affection and would happily curl up in your lap, at your feet, or anywhere he can be close to his people. He has a gentle, soulful way about him and makes every day feel a little brighter just by being there. Louffy does wonderfully with other dogs and would thrive either as your one-and-only or alongside a friendly, well-matched canine companion. We’re not certain about cats — his prey drive seems a bit high — but given his overall gentle nature, he may do well with slow, structured introductions. This sweet boy is fully potty trained, crate trained, and rarely barks. He walks nicely on leash, is picking up his basic commands, and responds beautifully to praise, encouragement, and affection (even if treats aren’t always his thing!). Louffy loves chewing on bones, being chased in the yard, and playing with balls… though he’s still working on understanding the finer points of fetch. It’s adorable. If you’re searching for a loving, easygoing, and people-oriented companion, Louffy may just be your perfect match. Age and breed are based on veterinarian and intake professional’s recommendation and not guaranteed as a rescue animal’s history is often unknown. All companion animals adopted by The Rescue Crew are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on age appropriate vaccinations, tested for FIV/FeLK (cats) or heartworm (dogs), microchipped, dewormed and provided with monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives prior to adoption. The Rescue Crew is a foster based rescue organization, meaning all of our adoptable pets are located in homes throughout Minnesota. We do not have a physical location where you can stop by to visit the animals - we require the completion of an Adoption Request Form prior to meeting any of our adoptable pets in foster care.
