ady to find his forever family!
Bandit is a champion treat-taster, fetch enthusiast, and world-class attention seeker. His favorite pastime is carrying around his beloved ball and convincing you—very successfully—to play with him. When he’s not zooming around, he’s all about cuddles, showing affection with plenty of kisses and happily curling up beside you for an afternoon nap. He’s a velcro pup in the sweetest way, always nearby and ready for love.
While Bandit can be a bit nervous when meeting new people at first, he warms up with a little patience and settles right in. On walks he may sometimes bark at other dogs or things that make him nervous. But he’s made great progress with consistent training and seems like he may enjoy living with a friendly, high-energy dog to help him meet his daily zoomies quota. He’s still working on feeling comfortable in the car and can find busy neighborhoods overwhelming, so he would thrive in a quieter area where he can explore at his own pace and continue building confidence.
Bandit has experience being crated for short periods and is making steady progress with house training, but will still need some help as he adjusts to a new routine and environment. He’s also practicing good manners, like greeting people politely and keeping his mouthiness reserved for his toys. Bandit's foster describes him as playful, loving, hyper, smart, and eager to please—especially if treats are involved. Bandit loves being close to his people and is rarely alone in his foster home, where he enjoys frequent walks and lots of companionship.
Bandit is looking for a patient, loving home to call his own. So if you’re searching for a loyal, goofy best friend who will happily follow you everywhere and fill your days with fun, Bandit is ready to steal your heart!
