He came from OH when there was a life style change that was not best for him. Smokey is friendly and happy to see anyone that will pay attention to him. When he was a puppy, he fell off the bed and injured his hip and had to have his hip ball removed but that does not affect him in any way. The surgery is called a Femoral Head Osteotomy and it was on the right hip. Please do not let that stop you from adopting him because that would be your loss.
