At about 1 year old and 61 pounds, this beautiful Belgian Malinois is the kind of dog who makes people fall in love instantly. She has a moderate energy level and moderate drive, making her a wonderful option for someone who wants an active companion without the intensity many people expect from the breed. Emma’s Best Qualities: • Incredibly sweet and affectionate – she truly loves her people • Velcro dog – happiest when she’s near you • Confident and curious about the world around her • Learns very quickly and already knows some basic commands • Zero resource guarding behaviors • Wonderful at the vet and great for baths and grooming • Rides beautifully in the car • Loves to collect socks (consider it her favorite little hobby) Emma is currently working on her leash manners and is doing very well. She does show mild reactivity to cars when outside, but she is learning quickly and improving with guidance. She’s also doing great with crate training and sleeps peacefully in her crate every night. This girl is the definition of loyal, loving, and eager to learn. She’s the kind of dog who will happily join you for hikes, training sessions, errands, or simply relaxing at home.
