He has been bounced around from home to home, through no fault of his. His most recent home had him for 4 days, but her cat wasn't crazy about him, so here we are. He is a great little guy! He is small, maybe 10-12 lbs. He does fine with the cats in his foster home, as well as the other dogs, but he does get a little bit nervous when all the dogs rush him at one time. Can't blame him, he's just a little guy. Mylo is 8 years young. He plays like a young pup still and is very fun and loving. He does have one little quirk. He doesn't like to be picked up under his front legs. We don't know why, but maybe he had some sort of trauma in his past. He likes to be picked up by "scooping" him rather than from under his front legs. Other than that, he's a perfect little guy! He does require regular grooming. He is totally house trained and has not had any accidents at all in his foster home. He is excellent on leash as well, and he is surprisingly good with the young grand child in his foster home. Mylo is located in Arkansas and can be adopted locally, or he can transport to the New England area if adopted there. If adopted in New England, his adopter will need to pick him up (or arrange for a trusted friend/family to pick him up) on a Saturday in PA, NY, or CT. Residents of other states may adopt as well, as long as they can meet our transporter along their route. Our typical adoption fee for puppies younger than 6 months old is $400, and for older puppies and adults, the usual fee is $350. This includes microchip, spay/neuter, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, dewormings, flea/tick treatment, and heartworm test (if over 6 months old) as well as heartworm treatment if they test positive.
