frame - uhm, YAAAASSSS, and it's GLENN!"
You may not think a curly mohawk, eyebrows for DAYS, a handlebar mustache, eyes that look directly into your soul, and a personality like all the entire Muppet Show sounds like a combination that would work together, but it does, and it works so well.
Let's get to the stats, on a Scale of 1 - 10:
Smarts: 10/10 - Glenn has proven to be a quick study. He's excellent at picking up cues from the other dogs in his foster home, learned "sit" and "come" in a flash. He aims to please his people, and is highly food motivated (Same, Glenn. Same).
Appearance: 27/10 - the wispy mohawk on his tiny little head, the crazy curls that stick out in every direction, the mustache of a wise old Karate Sensei, and the eyes that could melt the coldest heart - yeah, Glenn somehow makes "permanently surprised little old man" into the cutest thing you've ever seen.
House Manners: 9/10 - hey, don't judge, nobody's perfect! Has he had a couple of potty accidents? Yeah, but in his defense, there was construction at his foster home when he got here and it seemed hinky to just do all his business in front of the builders! Does he give a couple of spirited borks at sus things like the mailman? Maybe. But give a dog a break, he just got here and we have very little info about his life before foster. He's doing his best, improving every day, and with a little guidance, he'll get the gist in a snap. His sweet-natured vibe and easygoing attitude give Main Character Good Guy who wants to do the right thing. And did we mention how stinkin' CUTE he is?!
Personality: INFINITY/10 - What would you get if you took a dust-bunny, a little old man, a bouncy ball, a snuggly blankie, and a ray of sunshine and mixed them all together? GLENN! You'd get Glenn - a ginormous personality stuffed into a small package. Sure, at 10 pounds he fits into the "Lil' Guy" category, but his personality did not get that memo, because holy shenanigans, Batman, this guy is a character! He's so into you, he literally wants to be your shadow. But he's also curious about this. And that. And the other thing. And zoomies? Heck-to-the-YES, zoomies are his favorite - is he a dog, a bouncy bunny, a racecar? The answer you're looking for is: all of the above. Until he's done. And then, Glenn can chill with the best of them. Naps? He takes them very seriously. And I hope you love doggie kisses, because you are definitely getting plenty.
We may have mentioned that Glenn is not a big ol' doggo, but when it comes to other dogs and people, this Short King is as brave, friendly, playful, and interested as it gets. Glenn would make a great Only Child, he loves to bask in your attention and follow you on every adventure. But he also jumps right into the pack with other dogs and loves to mix it up with playful, friendly types. (Cats and kids unknown, but he's so darned sweet we doubt there would be any issues).
Glenn settles in pretty quickly and picks up new routines like it's his job. He sleeps beautifully in his crate overnight and wakes up with the cutest little tail-wags. He rides in the car beautifully (in his crate or doggie seatbelt - he's a tiny dude and the car is not a pinball machine) and is up for any adventure with you.
Seriously, we've got the Total Package in Glenn. If you're not spending all your time being judged by his permanently-shocked expression, smooched with his endless kisses, and followed at the heels by his little shadow-form, then are you really even living your life? (Glenn says the answer is: "No, so just adopt me and let's get to it!")
This dog is up to date on vaccinations and is spayed or neutered. (Please note: Puppies under 3 months old may not be sterilized prior to adoption. If this is the case, your adoption coordinator will provide guidance on the process.)
