Then they watch him sprint up the stairs, wrestle with dogs twice his size, chase a ball at full speed, and suddenly it's... "Ma'am... he's completely fine." Roscoe doesn't see himself as different. This sweet, squishy boy wants nothing more than to curl up in your lap and melt into you for cuddles, kisses, and affection.
