space is now our personal space. Lap? Claimed. Couch? Shared. Bathroom trip? Supervised. He takes his role as your shadow very seriously and will loyally guard you from the ever-threatening “potty monsters” by waiting patiently outside the door. Cosmo is a very sweet boy with a gentle heart, but he likes to take his time when meeting new people. Strangers are simply “friends who haven’t offered cheese yet.” Bring snacks, go slow, and you’ll be accepted into his inner circle before you know it. He can be a bit unsure around kids at first—think shy celebrity avoiding the paparazzi—but with a couple of days and calm interactions, he warms up and shows his soft, snuggly side. Be warned: Cosmo has feelings. When left alone, he will perform a truly heartbreaking howl that could win awards (or at least some neighbor sympathy). Luckily, he’s crate trained and settles down quickly in his cozy kennel, especially when it’s covered with a blanket—his own little introvert cave. His hobbies include: • Snuggling like it’s an Olympic sport • Following you everywhere (yes, everywhere) • Accepting cheese as currency • Protecting you from unseen bathroom dangers Cosmo is looking for a patient, loving home that understands he may be a little shy at first—but once you’re in, you’re in. He’ll be your most loyal companion, your cuddle buddy, and your tiny, dramatic best friend. All of our adoption fees include veterinary exam, age appropriate vaccines (up to date at time of adoption) spay/neuter, microchip and deworming.
