After his owner was hospitalized, he was surrendered — and despite everything he endured, Winston still chose to trust people. Not only trust them, but absolutely love them.
This boy wants nothing more than to be near his humans at all times. If you sit down, Winston is right there beside you. If there’s a bed available, he fully believes it belongs to both of you. He’s affectionate, cuddly, playful, mischievous, and always ready for the next adventure.
Winston is smart and full of potential. He’s already housetrained and eager to learn, but he’ll need guidance, consistency, and someone willing to help him channel all that youthful energy into becoming the amazing dog he’s meant to be. He loves fetch with tennis balls, tug-of-war with rope toys, chewing on bones, and honestly, he’s happy to accept just about any treat or snack offered his way.
He’s somewhat chatty, especially around mealtime, and his lively personality keeps everyone smiling. Winston does well with children and other dogs, but he would do best in a home without cats. More than anything, Winston deserves a family that will show him what kindness, patience, and unconditional love really look like. After everything he’s been through, he’s still loving, happy, and ready to give his whole heart to someone.
