About Brady Breed: Our best guess is that Brady is a Terrier mixed breed. What to Love about Brady: Brady bonds quickly to his people and loves nothing more than sitting right beside them — or perched on the back of the couch behind their head like a little guardian. He’s clever enough to hop over baby gates, but only uses his skills to get to his favorite spot on the couch! Brady has a bit of a prey drive and enjoys chasing squirrels in the yard (never catching them, just escorting them away from the bird feeder), and he can be redirected easily if he starts minor digging outside.
Brady is potty trained and, aside from some initial marking in new environments, has been a perfect gentleman. A belly band/diaper can help during these transitions. He hasn’t tried the crate yet, but he’s trustworthy when left alone — he simply relaxes on the couch and waits patiently for his person to come home. He does get a little possessive around his food with other dogs, offering a warning growl, but nothing more. Brady loves people, warms up quickly after a shy moment, and is wonderful with his 8 year old human foster brother. He’s friendly and appropriate when meeting other dogs, both at home and on walks, and would while he hasn’t met cats yet, he would be open to a meet and greet.
With moderate energy, Brady enjoys bursts of play, zoomies in the yard, and daily walks — he’s great on a leash and loves exploring. He doesn’t require a fenced yard, but he’d certainly enjoy one. Brady is an easygoing, affectionate, happy little guy who’s ready to take on life with his new family. Loyal, sweet, and full of charm, he’s the kind of pup who makes every day brighter!
