but what we do know is just how sweet, fun, and full of life he is. Maverick previously lived with a small dog in Georgia and did wonderfully. His big‑dog test is still pending, and we’ll update his profile once that’s complete. He gets very excited when he sees cats and wants to play, so a home with a dog‑savvy cat or no cats would be best. He’s great with kids, and even though he has three legs, he moves like he has four — running, jumping, and playing without hesitation. Maverick is on Dasuquin long‑term to support his joints, which is common for tripod pups and helps keep him feeling his best. Maverick is joyful, resilient, and ready for a family who will embrace his goofy energy and his incredible spirit. If you’re looking for a young dog who doesn’t let anything slow him down, Maverick is excited to meet you. Please note: All of our animals are spayed/neutered and up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations. Each pet also receives a behavioral assessment to help us better understand the type of home they may thrive in.
