s been through, he’s a small, sweet little guy with a gentle heart. Boston is a sensitive pup who startles at tall people and fast movements, so kids 12 and up will be the best fit for him. His dog test is pending, and we’ll update his profile once that’s complete. When he arrived, he met one of our free‑roaming cats and wagged his tail, so he may do well with calm, friendly cats. When meeting Boston, it’s best to sit on the ground and let him come to you. Giving him that choice helps him feel safe and confident, and once he decides you’re okay, his sweetness really shines through. He’s a very gentle boy who just needs someone patient and kind — someone who can help him adjust to a world that still feels a little scary. With time, love, and a quiet home, Boston will blossom into the trusting, affectionate companion he’s meant to be. Please note: All of our animals are spayed/neutered and up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations. Each pet also receives a behavioral assessment to help us better understand the type of home they may thrive in. However, it’s important to remember that the results may not fully reflect an animal’s true personality, as shelter and foster environments can be stressful.
