LD!! THIS DOG IS CURRENTLY UNDERGOING HEARTWORM TREATMENT!! NAME: Wyatt BREED: Shih Tzu/Chihuahua mix SEX: male COLOR: Black/white AGE: 5-6 years as of Nov 2017 WEIGHT: 7 lbs FOSTERED BY: LOCATED IN: NOTES FROM FOSTER FAMILY: Wyatt was rescued from Animal Services as a medical emergency, urinating blood with sever abdominal pain. He has had x-rays and is still being observed. He does have an enlarged prostate and has been neutered in an effort to help with that situation. Unfortunately, he is also Heartworm positive. He will not be available until after he completes treatment which could be possibly be sometime around Feb 2018 - it takes a number of months to complete treatment. He does not have "Shih Tzu" hair and due to his mix may not be good for someone with allergy issues that is looking for a non-allergen type of dog.
