No. What kind of home would be best for me? I would do well in a quiet, structured home with firm owners and as an only dog home. What is my personality like? "I am the type of dog that loves affection but only on my terms! I do not need to be cuddled up in someone's lap all of the time and I am perfectly content doing my own thing. I spend most of my days curled up in a comfy blanket and napping. I do not know any basic commands but I do walk well on a leash. Although, I do not care too much for being outside.. I am a lazy boy. I can be stubborn and if you push me, I will snap at you. Please don't pick me up, that makes me uncomfortable. I know how to crate myself when asked and I love treats. I ignore cats. I need a home with owners that are experienced with stubborn boys like me! How I act when I first meet new people: I do not care for people I do not know very much. They can win me over with treats. Other Tips and Tidbits: I'm like a sour patch kid.. first I'm sour, then I'm sweet! House trained? Dogs can be house trained if they are in the right environment and are allowed to follow a schedule as long as a physical reason doesn't keep them from being trained. A dog house trained in my home may not be in yours. We will help you teach your new dog this necessary skill and based on your schedule.
