Corillon

The Corillon is a cross between an Papillon and a Pembroke Welsh Corgi. The Corillon is a hybrid or designer breed that was developed by crossing Papillon and a Pembroke Welsh Corgi. Though the breed was intended to be a 50/50 mix, many of the Corillon are bred over many generations and may not always be 50% and 50%. The best way to determine the temperament of a mixed breed is to look up all breeds in the cross and know you can get any combination of any of the characteristics found in either breed. We currently do not have more detailed information for this breed.

Mutt

A mongrel, mixed-breed dog

A mongrel, mutt, or mixed-breed dog, is a dog that is not the result of breeding within an existing breed or to modify or create a breed and belongs to no breed. In the United States, the term "mixed-breed" is a favored synonym over "mongrel" among many who wish to avoid negative connotations associated with the latter term. The implication that such dogs must be a mix of defined breeds may stem from an inverted understanding of the origins of dog breeds. Pure breeds have been, for the most part, artificially created from random-bred populations by human selective breeding with the purpose of enhancing desired physical, behavioral, or temperamental characteristics. Dogs that are not purebred are not necessarily a mix of such defined breeds. Therefore, among experts and fans of such dogs, "Mongrel" is still the preferred term.

Jack Chi

The Jack Chi is a mix between the Chihuahua and the Jack Russell Terrier. They can have the temperament of either breed and will make a good pet in the right situation.

Treeing Walker Coonhound

The Treeing Walker Coonhound was developed in Virginia. The breed is used by hunters to chase prey into a tree. They are good for hunting and as a companion dog.

Bull-Boxer

The Bullboxer is a cross between the Boxer and the Bulldog. This mix makes a good companion and guard dog.
