Are you looking for a new puppy this year? You should consider Kit Kat. She was born on is 12/17/23 and is ready find her forever home now. Kit Kat's Mom is lab mix who weighs 52 lbs. Kit Kat may be larger than that when full grown. She is a fun loving puppy who is eager to explore the world. Please see her cute video! She is working on housebreaking and is doing really well. She will need to be taken outside on a regular basis to become fully housebroken . Adopters who are not home during the day will need to have a plan which includes how to manage potty breaks. She loves to cuddle and be around people. Kit Kat loves to get attention and be on her humans laps. She is currently living with three large dogs and gets along fine with them. She love to play, so a home with another dog would be ideal. Since she loves people, she would also do well as an only dog in an active family. Kit Kat only has one set of puppy vaccines, so she will still be susceptible to diseases. The adopter will need a home that has their own yard. She cannot live in multi-family buildings. She cannot take potty break on common space where other dog may have been until she has her second vaccine around March 9th. EVERY DOG HAS A STORY: Kit Kat was born the day after Best Friend Pet Adoption admitted her pregnant momma into our rescue. She has always been in a loving foster home. Applicants must live no further than one hour from Raleigh/Cary NC as our dogs must be seen by a BFPA veterinarian for all medical care prior to adoptions being finalized after Kit Kat is spayed at 5-6 months old. Adopters must be willing to bring their puppy to the Raleigh/Cary area for all medical care needed. F oster guardians deliver dogs to their new homes for adoption trials and we do home visits to finalize all adoptions.
