The Irish Doodle is a cross between an Irish Setter and a Poodle (Standard). The Irish Doodle is a hybrid or designer breed that was developed by crossing Irish Setter and a Poodle (Standard). Though the breed was intended to be a 50/50 mix, many of the Irish Doodle are bred over many generations and may not always be 50% and 50%. The best way to determine the temperament of a mixed breed is to look up all breeds in the cross and know you can get any combination of any of the characteristics found in either breed. A Pomsky is a cross between a Pomeranian and a Siberian Husky. A crossing usually consists of a female Husky and a male Pomeranian. This is to avoid any complications that may occur if the smaller Pomeranian were to carry puppies sired by the much larger Siberian Husky male.
