If you’re a fan of underbites, take a look at Glory, our 1 year-old Black Lab/Boxer mix spayed female, who has an underbite to admire! This girl with the silly grin found herself homeless at an overcrowded rural county dog shelter and made the trip to Canine Lifeline so she would have more time to find herself a great new home. We don’t have any history on this girl’s life before she came into the shelter but she appeared to have been well-cared for as she was in good shape, perhaps even a little bit overweight. Glory gets along fairly well with most dogs but definitely likes to be top dog. She would probably enjoy having her very own home to herself and not have to share her people with another canine. She loves people and dinnertime so lots of low calories snacks and walks around the block would be the ticket for her in her new home. Glory has excellent crate manners and is likely to be housetrained although we can’t guarantee it. She’s going to make a very loyal friend for the person or family who gives her a second chance at a happy life. Glory weighs about 59 pounds but could stand to lose about 5 pounds to be at her ideal weight. Her adoption fee is $250. She’s spayed, heartworm negative and on monthly preventative, up to date on vaccinations including bivalent canine influenza, wormed, on flea preventative, and microchipped. All Canine Lifeline adoptions come with a two-week adjustment period to make sure it’s a great match before the adoption is finalized. Please email infocaninelifeline if you’re interested in Glory.
