I have an absolutely SPECTACULAR outgoing personality in a TINY Petite Package and I ADORE hanging out with my humans watching TV or snuggling up to read a book on the sofa. Understand that the shelters are doing their best to place the pets in suitable homes and these requirements are in the best interest of both you and the pet
