Please be aware we do not hold dogs until an appointment to meet them is scheduled. Approximate DOB 5/1/2023 – About 12 lbs Logan was part of a large hoarding case. He was among about 30 other small dogs- kept outside in a pen with a dog house. We brought in a few from this group and all are very energetic, sweet, and playful. If you are looking for a happy boy who loves attention and exploring this is your guy. He was very shy when he got here - it took almost a month before this group showed their true happy playful sweet colors. We have found all 4 of them do much better meeting men than women. This boy is still learning about toys but absolutely loves exploring and getting attention from those he trusts. He is such a cute little guy with a constant smile on his face as he runs about the property jumping around and checking things out. He is a funny guy that will put a smile on anyone's face with his joyfulness. He is using the dog door like a champ and is now learning about crate raining as well. As with all new dogs it is best to keep their leash on them to correct any behavior immediately and teach them the rules from day one so there are no accidents in the house (where to go potty, where their safe spot is, etc). He likes to play and run around exploring with the other dogs. He is just a very easy boy. Once he trusts someone he just their little shadow for life- he follows me everywhere I go. He does good with my grandkids and will be a wonderful dog for children who are patient and can earn his trust. He will run from kids if they are loud and rambunctious so probably no small children that want an immediate playmate. Logan will make a wonderful addition to any family wanting a special boy that may take some time to open up but with time, love, and patience will be the best little family ever. He absolutely deserves a better life than the one he has had with a family that will give him all the love and attention a sweet boy deserves.
