Nala came to us from Georgia after being part of an accidental litter. When her family could no longer care for the puppies, they were surrendered to a local shelter. SNARR stepped in, brought them safely to New York, and placed them in loving foster homes where they could finally begin the next chapter of their lives. Now safe, loved, and thriving, Nala is ready to find the forever family she's been waiting for.
Nala is as sweet as they come and absolutely adores her people. Whenever her favorite humans walk into the room, her tail—and her whole wiggly butt—seem to have a mind of their own! Her happiness is contagious, and she's always ready to greet you with love.
Nala is playful, affectionate, and smart, enjoying everything that comes with being a young dog. She loves exploring new places, playing in the yard, and being part of everyday life with her family. She's always up for an adventure, whether it's tagging along to the kids' games, going for a walk, or hopping in the car for a ride. She walks beautifully on a leash, rides well in the car, and settles in nicely once she's had a chance to check out a new place. Before long, she's perfectly content lying by your side, simply happy to be with her people.
One of Nala's favorite things is spending time with children. She is incredibly gentle and loves nothing more than snuggling up beside them.
She also loves running around the yard chasing tennis balls. She's still figuring out the "bring it back" part of fetch, but watching her proudly parade around with the ball in her mouth is guaranteed to make you smile. And when she's indoors, you can usually find her happily carrying around one of her favorite dog toys.
Nala also LOVE other dogs. She would thrive in a home with another friendly dog (or two!) to continue building her confidence and give her a buddy to play and relax with.
