helter due to his family moving and not being able to bring him with. Rebel arrived at the shelter severely overweight. He was placed on medical evaluation for assessment by the vet. It is crucial that Rebel gets back down to an ideal body condition score to live his best and healthiest life. The vet put his goal weight at 75 pounds. We encourage his next owner to work closely with their vet to help him achieve his goals. While in his last home, he was stated to be kennel trained, housebroken, and rides well in a car. He also knows his basic commands and was said to be whistle-trained! Rebel was said to do great with children and adults! He was also said to do well with other dogs, but has never been around cats. Please ensure you are making appropriate introductions with all new animals and people. Rebel was described as an outgoing, friendly, and affectionate dog.
