bout the big world around her. New dogs can make her a little shy at first, but give her a few minutes and she warms up enough to figure out who’s ready to play.
In her foster home, Muskrat has met cats and even chickens, taking it all in stride with her soft, curious nature. She also did well crated with her sister, showing she can settle nicely when it’s time to rest.
This little lady is pee‑pad trained and is also learning to go potty outside — she’s smart, eager, and picking things up quickly.
Muskrat may be small, but she’s full of love, charm, and puppy potential. She’s ready for a family who will help her grow in confidence and enjoy all the cuddles she’s more than happy to give.
Because Muskrat is a high‑energy, still‑developing Puppy, she will do best in a home that can keep up with her activity level, play needs, and ongoing socialization. We are looking for adopters who are comfortable with a very active youngster and able to provide consistent interaction, enrichment, and supervision.
Muskrat's adoption fee is $350, which helps support their medical care and preparation for adoption. If you are interested in meeting any of our animals, we encourage you to first visit our website and submit an adoption application: .acskc/adopt-1
Once your adoption application has been approved, we will call you to set up an appointment to meet with the pet! We welcome adopters from out of state to apply!
