He has had a dental and lost 3 of his front teeth. He is otherwise in good health and is heartworm negative. Toby is an older gentlemen that from no fault of his own​,​ found himself in our local shelter. He is a super sweet little guy and wants nothing more than to be with his people. He does well with other respectful dogs and cats. Toby is housetrained but will use puppy pads if needed. He will require drops for his eyes every day for the rest of his life. Blind Dog Rescue Alliance has voted against the use of electric fencing effective immediately.
