American Staffordshire Terrier
Amstaff
The American Staffordshire Terrier is often called "all-American" dog. The breed is loyal and brave, making it a great family pet.
Great Dane
Deutsche Dogge, German Mastiff
The Great Dane is a huge dog with a sweet and gentle nature. He needs a lot of space for exercise, though he can be very calm and well-behaved indoors.
Siberian Husky-Unknown
This breed is a cross between an Siberian Husky and a Unknown. This breed is a hybrid or designer breed that was developed by crossing Siberian Husky and a Unknown. Though the breed was intended to be a 50/50 mix, many of the it are bred over many generations and may not always be 50% and 50%. The best way to determine the temperament of a mixed breed is to look up all breeds in the cross and know you can get any combination of any of the characteristics found in either breed. We currently do not have more detailed information for this breed.
Siberian Husky
Chukcha, Chuksha
The Siberian Husky is very similar in looks to the Alaskan Malamute, yet somewhat smaller in build and not quite as bold. Still, he needs a strong-willed owner who will stay in control. This dog loves to roam and explore, so he needs a nice big yard.
Pyrenees Husky
Great Pyrenees Husky
Pyrenees husky mix is a great working companion breed. Not much is known about its origin.
English Bulldog
Bulldog
Named for its use in the sport of bull baiting, the English bulldog seems to have originated in the British Isles sometime prior to the 13th century. One of the few references to the sport dates back to 1209, and talks about a butcher's dogs that chased a bull through the English town of Stamford. This pursuit so pleased the earl of the town that he inaugurated bull baiting as a sport in his domain. Today, the English bulldog makes a fine family pet. The AKC recognizes the breed simply as the bulldog.
